Are you VISIONARY?Before you commit your Goals in balck and white,please answer this question.
Before you can set your goals correctly,your vision must be well defined - crystal clear!
This is what you will draw up your MISSION STATEMENT from.Only then can you know what your short-term and long -term goals will be.
VISION is the ability to THINK and PLAN the FUTURE with great imagination and intelligence.
Vision is operating with the accuracy of Heaven in the matter of pursuit.
Vision is the ability to see the area you see from a particular postion.
There are 3 Great Motivation of man: VISION + DREAM + AMBITION
Vision = what can be.A visionary person sees what is unseen and wants to make it happen.
Dream = what has been;the dreamer tries to get it back.......e,g "the good old days?"
Ambition = This is a selfish desire to gratify self.
Of all these 3 Motivators,VISION is the one to be best desired.
LAWS OF VISION:(Habakkuk 2v2)
1.Write down = DOCUMENT IT.
2.Make it plain = CLARITY.
3.Run with it = ACTION PLAN.
AS LEADERS AND ENTREPRENEURS,WE NEED A GOOD VISION IN ORDER TO SURVIVE! (proverbs 29v18)
TYPES OF VISION:
The visions we have can either be PERFECT,GOOD,NORMAL,POOR,or BLURRED!?
Hindsight should benefit us when we gain insight into a matter so that we might have foresight on that matter!
All of the above can either qualify us as FARSIGHTED or SHORTSIGHTED.(see the link between this attribute and the goals you set for yourself;long-term or short-term?)
Surely, IF we have a CLEAR VISION of the future,we would adjust the courseof our life accordingly?
HOW TO GET VISION:
VISION is a quality of the MIND. Unless the mind is well understood,our visions can at best be poor.The cerebral cortex is that part of the brain responsible for perceptions such as eyesight,sight or vision.It can produce a state of LOW VISION.
Since everyone posseses a brain,each of us can become a person of vision.The CHOICE is OURS.

GOALS SETTING:KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND PURSUE IT!

Today,we shall be doing some self-examinations.Only then can we be trully ready to set goals.To succeed in life,one first has to succeed in being one-self.
Men who control megafortunes know what they want and pursue it.
Sit down witha pen and paper.Ask youself some salient questions:
Q:What do I really want out of life?
Q:What are my heart's desires?
Q:What would I do IF I knewI could not fail?
Q:What would I do that I knew could NEVER Fail?
Q: What are my Strenghts & Weaknesses?(we shall be discusing S.W.O.T Analysis later on)
In providing honest answers to these questions,you will discover yourself!
YOU are Basically a 4 in 1 Person:
* You have YOUR PRIVATE LIFE - How you see yourself.Who you think you are.
* You have YOUR PUBLIC LIFE - How the public see you.Who the people think you are.
* You have YOUR ACTUAL LIFE - How you really are.RIGHT NOW!THIS IS YOUR FILE!
* You have YOUR IDEAL LIFE - How you should be.This is your DESTINED SELF.
Find yourself and be yourself:Live your own Life!In setting Goals - Go for the Ultimate you!The IDEAL You;because that is who you are created to be!
Only the man who has found his true self can know himself,find his own best talents and achieve his high success.
You may also want to take the SWOT ANALYSIS before you attempt to set goals foryourself.
S = Strenght.What things are you GOOD at?What Motivates you?What do you Enjoy doing?
W = Weaknesses.What are the things you are neither excited at or proficient at doing?
O = Opportunity.Develop a gift for discernment.Discover a need in your community and fill it.
T = Threat.Attitude comes in here.Your mindset matters.What you consider a threat can be an opportunity for the next man.What you can properly classify as threat is what your faith cannot carry.Dont carry a load that your faith cannot carry(if you dont have a strong heart,you cannot be your own boss).
Invest some time in yourself today.Do some serious Self Examination.Next time you shall be better prepared to set those lofty goals..................

WHAT IS YOUR DREAM?
I concluded my last post with this rhetoric question:WHAT IS YOUR DREAM?
You first need to visualize your success before you can have it.The Good Book says "as he thinketh so he is".You are bascally what you think you are - a product of your dreams you might say.If you cannot see it,you cannot have it.There is first a seeing before there can be a entering into.You have to START to Dream your "Dream"Lifestyle NOW before you can hope to LIVE IT!

they are the children of your soul,the blueprint of your ultimate success.
The former executive governor of an oil rich south-south (Niger-Delta) state in Nigeria,Arch. Obong Victor Attah once said in a Television interview that he attributes his huge success in developmental projects to his ability to dream a lot.He counsels "dream BIG Dreams,dream MANY of them!You never know which one will succeed first or succeed the most."

BEWARE OF MONKEY UNIVERSITY!!!!!???
Hi Friends,
My MLM Leader and Mentor,Randy Gage sent me this story which I now happily share with you,my patners in Network Marketing - and other on-line ventures....... So here it is…"A couple of very intriguing things happened on my recent trip to Thailand for the Agel Leadership Retreat. And they certainly will have a major effect on our business, and where it will go in the years ahead…The first incident took place when I was at the eco reserve, taking the elephant trek through the rainforest. There was also a demonstration on how they train monkeys to harvest coconuts. What a fascinating demonstration. You send your monkey to “Monkey University,” which costs about US$100 a month for three to four months. They teach the monkeys to climb to the top of the palm tress, hang by one hand and leg, then use their other hand and leg to spin each coconut until it falls to the ground. Once your chimp graduates, he or she comes back with the ability to harvest 1,000 coconuts a day! Now think about this in light of the current economic situation…People are worrying about all the jobs being outsourced to India. Wait until they’re replaced by monkeys! The second thing happened in the First Class lounge in San Francisco…There was a couple in there with an adorable puppy, which they were bringing in a carrier on board. Juan Carlos went over first to play with the puppy and he chatted with the owners. He came back and told me that the puppy had actually been cloned! I had a hard time believing that, because the puppy was so normal and playful. I went over to pet him and chatted with the couple. They were sitting about two rows ahead of us on our flight to Miami, and the husband took the dog back to coach a couple times. So I was still kind of wondering about the cloning thing. Until the next day.When I picked up The Miami Herald, and our little puppy was on page one! Sure enough, he had been cloned at a lab in Korea. Yet I tell you that dog was the most natural, frisky, and loving puppy you’ve ever seen. And that is what is so intriguing. And so scary…As a major Sci-Fi fan I’ve been very intrigued about the idea of cloning for years. And the last Star Wars film with the clone armies certainly gives you some food for thought. So what’s going to happen next? I don’t think any of us can know. Cloning raises ethical and philosophical issues that will likely be debated for decades. But what we can know is that progress will never stop. And there are people working on cloning humans right now…So if you can’t be replaced with a monkey , don’t you think your company would love to swap you out with a clone. Or ten? Here’s one thing I do know:The world will never be the same. And the economy will never be the same. Millions of the jobs eliminated recently are not coming back. And all these billions of dollars, Euros and pounds of government bailouts are just delaying the inevitable, spending our children’s future. The world has never needed help more, and Agel will be the lifeline for many people. Now more than ever, we must reach out to help those facing devastation. Our profession is the last true bastion of real free enterprise, where people can still build their dreams and create financial freedom. We have to be the change we wish to create. We have to be the revolution. The old economic model is broken. And we have the answer. So get out there and shout it from the rooftops!" -RG
